Each year, the U.S. celebrates the accomplishments of its contingent workforce during National Staffing Employee Week – September 12-19. In honor of National Staffing Employee Week, Peoplelink is happy to announce that Mr. Paul Spiekerman has been chosen as the Peoplelink Shining Star of the Year. Paul works at ADW Industries in Alma, Michigan. He reports to the Alma, Michigan Peoplelink branch office.
Paul started his employment with Peoplelink in January 2010 with ADW as a General Laborer and continues in that position nearly 2 years later. He is responsible for assembly and quality control of parts storage racks as well as repairing fork trucks, hand tools, and electrical tools. According to his Supervisor, Paul is an extremely dedicated supervisor in his area. He strives to solve problems as they arise and maintain excellent quality work.
Paul’s Supervisor Mr. Tom Adle, owner of ADW, goes on to say, “He is one of a dying breed. He arrives early for his shift and leaves late. He is extremely conscientious.” As evidence of his success with ADW, Paul received his first raise after less than a month of employment.
Paul lives in the small farming community of Breckenridge with his wife of 36 years. He has two grown children, a son who manages a fertilizer and seed business, and a daughter who is a teacher. In his spare time, Paul enjoys farming 320 acres and snowmobiling.
Congratulations to Paul Spiekerman for being Peoplelink’s 2011 Shining Star of the Year!
